4 sessions with the Nutritionist
The nutritionist will monitor your weight and provide you with tailor-made suggestions and written guidelines to follow during your program. Other investigations and/or dietary problems will be dealt with during the sessions
as necessary.
Physiotherapist’s Assessment
The physiotherapist will provide initial instructions as to the type and amount of exercise that you will be able to healthily undertake and will provide regular supervision during the program.
Whole Body Scan – Fat / Muscle Index
The Body Fat Analysis test will give you a picture of your body fat status. Another test at the end of your program will show you the progress that you would have made throughout. |
